Are you looking for an unconventional spring wedding inspiration? We invite you to discover our French Chic Wedding editorial. Inspired by understated Parisienne elegance, this courageous wedding concept fashionably complements the beautiful blooming nature of Wiegerova Villa. Unexpected combinations of patterns, colors, and contemporary flower designs perfectly blend to create a unique look and feel.
The idea for this wedding art direction emerged from the comeback of the black and white checker pattern beautifully brought to life by Carolina Herrera in her Spring 2022 Ready-to-Wear collection. To create an unexpected wedding look, we took this bold fashion trend off the catwalk among the blooming apple trees of the magical venue of Wiegerova Vila. The exquisite eye of our photographer Sabina Povolná flawlessly caught the spring atmosphere, our stylish bride and groom, and all the wedding details perfectly augment each other.

Photographer: Sabina Povolna | Planning, concept and flower design: Holubica | Wedding location: Wiegerova Vila, Svätý Jur, Slovakia | Wedding gown: Wedding Avenue | Tuxedo and groom’s accessories: Ozeta | Make-up and hair: Ivana Sukenníková | Elite Model Look Prague: Viktória Bobríková | Wedding cake and sweet bar: Cakes by Sun | Wedding stationery: Láskou Psané | Hair accessories and french veil: Lucia Štofej | Wedding ring and jewelry: 27 Jewelry | Film lab: Polagraph

Wedding planner, designer, and florist Holubica took the check canvas and infused it with blooming spring flowers and a rose-tinted color palette decor. Brownie tulips, peonies, butterfly ranunculus, and delphinium were prepared in a foam-free arrangement with a messy look that made the wedding table stand out. The chic wedding ceremony under the chestnut tree brought more fashion breeze to the moment.

Little details make a huge difference. The well thought paper goods from Laskou Psane printed with a black foil on the high-quality paper were elevated by Sabina’s flat lay art. Earthy handmade jewelry from 27 Jewelry and chic hair accessories from Lucia Štofej complimented the style elegantly.
The morning pre-wedding shots were a perfect opportunity for our bride to show her French attitude in checkered pants and a white satin blouse styled by our stylist Adela Strimbeanu. For the wedding day, she shined in a wedding gown from Wedding Avenue and for the evening celebration, she changed her outfit to a black asymmetrical top and white satin pants. Her red lips and French hairdo were mastered by the fashion makeup artist Ivana Sukenniková.

Our groom looked stylish in a tuxedo and accessories from Ozeta. Together they let their love bloom like spring. Sweet bar 2-tier queen with black, white, and grey brushstrokes made by Cakes by Sun and other chic-styled cakes perfectly elevated the stylish wedding atmosphere.
For an outstanding wedding, tangibles are as important as intangibles, and only when they flawlessly blend you create a magic moment that will inspire you and your guests.
